Android 14 is Dr. Gero’s 14th Android creation, “Artificial Human No. 14”, he is designed to serve Gero to destroy Goku, just like his other Androids.

Android 14 made is appearance in Dragon Ball Z: Android 13! Akira Toriyama originally had Android 14 as Android 15 and Android 15 as Android 14, but the anime staff chose to switch the names around due to the story development and other reasons.

He looks as tough he was designed after a Native American, He takes the appearance of a large, heavily built muscular man. Android 14 has a brown brassard and belt combination, massive brown gloves, long green skirt and yellow and black boots. His skin is a shade of silver and unlike the other Androids he has brown eyes instead of blue.

Originally Android 14 was nearly completely silent, speaking only a small amount of times through the entire film, “Son Goku”. Where as in the Funimation dub Android 14 has several other lines such as when he stopes Future Trunks sword attack and says, “little boys shouldn’t play with knives.” He shows a very stoic and cold expression because of his reticence and his scowl.
