The Grand Minister is a short, male, angel with blue coloured skin and white-coloured slicked back hair. His eye brows are thin and hook-curved. Above his head he has what appears to be a blue coloured halo that autonomously floats above him. The Grand Minister’s look consists if a dark blue long-sleeved shirt, with baggy shoulder pads, that runs under his red coloured belt with the Kanji symbol for “Great”. The shirt is complimented by matching coloured pair of baggy pants and white boots that run beneath his sins.
