Whis is the Angel of Universe 7, he is the angelic assistant and martial arts teacher of Beerus. He is seen throughout all of Dragon Ball Super along side beerus as the Angels have not to leave the God of Destructions sides.

Whis is a tall, thin human like being that has pale blue skin, white hair and violet eyes. He has a long sceptre, Angels Attendant’s staff, in his right hand. He has the large light blue ring around his neck, his outfit consists of a maroon robe, a black cuirass with the same white and orange diamond decorations as Beerus, and he also has a blue sash. He also wears black high-heeled shoes with white spats.
