He is a well lean-built individual who is fairly tall. He has pale green skin, grey irises, white eyebrows and white hair in he style of a mohawk. He wears a violet, long-sleeved, shirt underneath his grey and yellow coat with a light blue sash and dark blue pants and to top it off he wears a pair of white boots. He also wore orange Potara-like earrings

Previous to becoming a Supreme Kai Apprentice, Zamasu wore a lower Kai outfit, which consisted of a black Manchu-style robe with a sash draped in front of him with the Kai symbol on his chest. He also wore baggy pants with small shoes and his ears were bare.
