I have a lot of responsibilities during my shifts, from making sure the pizza's get delivered on time to making sure the shop is always clean. Bakkavor, Caledonian Produce
Agency Worker
17/05/2019 - 12/08/2020

I work in several department's within the factory at Caledonian Produce. The factory is split off into 4 Deli's (Sections), I mainly work within Deli 4 but on the occasion I work in deli 1, 2 or 3.
The main tasks I do within Deli 4 is moving products from one section of the factory to another so that other employees can get the orders prepared and ready on time. When my section gets quiet I tend to help out with storing the frozen products or cutting up chicken in a section close by.
McColl's
Sales Assistant
15/12/2017 - 29/10/2018
I had several responsibilities within the shop, the main one was closing up at night as I worked most days when I finished school.
I would be working on the shop floor either filling up stock, helping customer's or serving customer's at the till. Throughout the shift I would be making sure all the stock is filled so we aren't short on anything, if the shop was short on any products I would have to log it so my manager could order more for the next delivery available. The till required me to be able to manage money at a fast pace, especially when the shop was busy.
At the end of the night I would be counting the till to see how much profit we make then log the amount on the computer and then finish up by counting the money within the safe and making sure that there is no money missing. After all those are checked I would then set the alarm and lock the shop up.
Macdonald Inchyra Hotel & Spa
Catering Assistant
18/9/2017 - 15/12/2017
This was my first jab that I took at the start of my last year in High School.
I was responsible for taking meals from the kitchen to the customer's either at their table or their hotel room, this required me to be fast on my feet.
I had to be able to communicate between other colleagues, the customer's and the kitchen staff so the shift's could run smoothly.
At the end of the night I was responsible for cleaning up tables and setting up a breakfast buffet for the next day.
